We designed a low-budget and versatile building system from corrugated cardboard. The cross-shapes and sheets of cardboard allow for an an array of exhibition possibilities to be assembled. The same system was used to design two very different exhibitions (below the launch of Chlorovorm design online)

A waiting area on the ground floor of an office building of a creative business center. The lounge/waiting area serves as a buffer between the building’s restaurant and lecture space. The area needed to be transformable for the multi-purpose and often changing use of the ground floor. We designed the objects so that they could be rolled away when needed and turned into a room divider. The one sided wall also provides the occupants of the units with some privacy.
Hotel Amar in Rotterdam is an ongoing project in which we re-style the interior of the hotel’s 21 rooms over the course of 2011. The hotel is situated in Rotterdam’s Delfshaven district which is being rejuvenated by the city at the moment.
We re-used the old carpet tiles they had in the room and made a stool and a hocker out of them.
